A. Bid for recommended work released for submissions - Saturday, April 6, 2024
B. Bid Submission Opening - Thursday, May 9, 2024, at 2:00 pm
C. Notice to Award by Town Council - Thursday, August 22, 2024
D. Pre-Construction Meeting - September 2024
E. Notice to Proceed issued by Town - October 2024
F. Phase 1 work to begin - October - November 2024

 

2. What is the Phase 1 Project Timeline?

A. The estimated timeline for the project is approximately 300 working days.

 

3. Will the contractor work over the weekends?

A. The contractor will have the option to work on Saturdays as needed but no work should be done on Sundays.

 

4. What will be the hours of the day that work will be conducted?

A. Contract workers will begin around 7:30 a.m. and go on until 7:30 p.m., Monday – Saturday.
